Marbled with Black Ice and Frost porcelain, two clays temperamental with high and different shrinkage rates coming together and saying hello. What’s really wonderful about this piece is, it wasn’t expected to make it through the firings. Definitely expected it to crack along the process, but she made it through.

This raw and unglazed, single stemmed vase holds it’s own on the credenza or dinner table.
